VP International Sales and Product Management
Paresh joined Blatchford in June 2020 as VP International Sales, with a global remit (aside from North America). He is responsible for very diverse markets. The initial focus has been on UK and expanded our direct presence in Europe. The other markets, where we are represented by distributors has also been a key focus for growth, with successes in the Middle East and New Zealand.
Paresh is responsible for international strategy, proactively leading account management for new and existing customers. He also leads the development of the distributor network through which he drives long term growth of sales and profit.
Additionally, Paresh is responsible for the go-to-market strategy of new products. Under his leadership, the Product Management team who work very closely with the R&D team to develop and launch market leading products.
With his comprehensive experience in global businesses, including Smiths Group and Spirax Sarco, Paresh draws on his ability to achieve substantial growth through the effectiveness of broad business experience, sales strategies and the motivation of his people.
Paresh has proven experience in aligning business goals and customer requirements and has achieved significant business growth by driving organisation change, process improvement and systems implementation.
Paresh has a degree in Chemical and Process engineering. Away from work he enjoys time with his family.
