Ben Auzenne

VP Sales and Marketing US

Ben joined Blatchford in 2020 as VP Sales for North America.  He leads the sales and marketing strategy development and execution to drive business growth.  

In addition to his North American sales responsibility, Ben leads the Group marketing activities, including our website and driving Blatchford’s digital marketing strategy and platform. 

Ben has more than 20 years of leadership and commercial experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. During his nearly 17 years at Medtronic, Ben served in executive sales leadership roles and as the US Director of Commercial Operations for the Medtronic Pelvic Health business.  While at Medtronic, Ben was responsible for Commercial Integration, Strategic External Partnerships, Contracting and Pricing Strategy, and Inventory/Supply Chain oversight. As a sales leader, Ben led his teams to multiple President’s Club awards by creating and implementing innovative sales strategies while rigorously controlling operating expenses. Ben takes great pride in nurturing high performing talent and developing teams capable of extremely high levels of performance. 

Ben has an MBA in Organisational Diagnosis and Change Management from the Regent University School of Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary.
